How do I become an InvadeLA member?
You may become a member of InvadeLA by downloading our app for free on both iPhone and Android platforms and registering for an account.
How long does InvadeLA membership last?
Every registered user is given a free trial membership for 7 days. You may purchase/extend a full year of membership for a small fee from within the app. This fee can be easily paid for with just a couple redemptions, so as long as you use the app, membership is basically free!
Can I cancel my membership and receive a refund?
You may cancel your membership at any time by uninstalling the InvadeLA app. During this time you will be unable to redeem any Offers provided by the InvadeLA Services. If you wish to continue your membership at a later date, simply reinstall the app and log in with your username and password. Please be advised that all sales are final and there are no refunds.
How do I use the InvadeLA app?
Within the app, you may search for nearby merchants or browse for an offer of your choosing. To redeem the offers provided by our partners, simply push "Redeem This Offer" on the merchant's profile page while at the location and display the redemption screen before payment. The merchant has provided us with the offer so they will honor it once you show them that you have "invaded" their business.
What kind of offers does InvadeLA provide?
InvadeLA encourages our partners to come up with creative an innovative ways of attracting our members to their establishments. These offers can range from saving money on the bill, receiving free items, free services, or VIP treatment. We have kept this open to the merchants so they can try new promotions that are catered best towards their business.
How do I know if a merchant is an InvadeLA partner?
All InvadeLA merchants are listed within our app and on our website. Many merchants also have the "InvadeLA Members Welcome" decal visible on their storefront.
What merchants have partnered with InvadeLA already?
The easiest way to find out if a merchant is an InvadeLA partner is to check our directory.
Why can't I redeem an offer?
You must be an active member to be able to redeem all InvadeLA offers. Also, you must be within the vicinity of the business to redeem their offer. If your status is inactive, you will be able to use the app freely but the ability to redeem offers is disabled.
